DNA test is used to show the relationship of parents with children .And American pregnancy association says that it is very important to have a DNA test for a proof .And it helps to detect the medical history of the child .DNA test detection was a major finding in the medical science because it helps to solve many complex mysteries related paternity. In this era, many criminal mysteries are solved with help of DNA testing.DNA testing should should have to be a legal process because if this is done illegally this will be a cause of punishment.

How to take a legal DNA test.

In a certified collection center a legal DNA testing take place. For a legal DNA testing a nurse which is called third party must take a DNAsmaple Nurse take a saliva by swabbing inside of the teeth .Swabs of both father and child taken and send to the labs for DNA testing.

When the testing is complete then a report is send to the real guardian of the child and to the father. In this report this is clearly stated that whether this is the real father of this child.

For taking sample, first of all we have to take a hair or body fluid sample. The most common sample is swab of inside of your cheek.

            2. Lyse cell:

             In this process we add an enzyme in the DNA sample and the membrane of DNA 

              will break.

3.       Separation:

In this process we use electrophoresis to sort the molecules in sample.

 

4.      Copying:

In this process PCR is used to generate the copies of DNA.

 

5.      Testing:

In the process we find the genetic markers to identify the relationship.

 

6.      Matching:
