Taking enough sleep:


Sleep is very essential for our body because sleep allows your body and mind to recharge, making you refresh and when you wake up you are alert. Healthy sleep make you so strong to fight against disease .When you take good sleep your mind works properly.

In the past time many people take exercise a important element of their life because exercise make you fit and help you to become a mindful human. In older time people go outside for playing, running and jumping and they boost up their body and soul. But nowadays we are  stick on computer .

You should take health food because health is wealth if you are not healthy then how can you gain mindful body .If you are not eating healthy you can not expect healthy mind and body.First step in becoming mindful human is taking care of yourself physically and mentally by eating healthy foods .

Overeating is closely liked to excess body fat and obesity due to your body being in a calorie surplus. By overeating you can not gain mindful body.

A new study shows that those people who  take daily meditation can overcome their negative emotions. We can control our emotions by self meditation. 

Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure. In this way  the meditation helps to maintain health. 


Meditation provides you calm and peace due to this your behaviours automatically changed and you feel relax  all time and your way of talking will also change. Due to meditation you feel lower level of anxiety and depression. It can improve your tolerance for pain .


Self love:


Self love is a key factor for mindful human .

If you do not love yourself, it is hard for you to fully open up and be your authentic self.


Write down all the thing which you love about yourself and everyday read them before going to sleep.

You should also write those people which love you and admire you.


Laughter: Best medicine for depression


When you are reading jokes ,you body show energy and this is best technique for mood booster.

Laughter can make you feel happy and lighter. Laughter also boost up your immune system and helps to fight against disease. You should hang out with some funny people to boost your immune system and become a mindful human.


Take care of yourself first:


You can not help anyone if you are sick .So first take care about yourself and then other.

If you do not take care of yourself then you can not have anything  left over for your loved ones or friends.
