Dialyses treatment itself is painless. Some patients may feel low blood pressure. Due to low blood pressure, your stomach may be upset, feel vomit, have headache, muscles cramps and  itchy skin.Dialysis performs the function of kidney if they have failed. What are the signs  that you need dialysis? If you feel swelling in your legs, ankles and feet then you need to take kidney dialysis. The swelling is due to excess fluids in your system. Fluid increases in your lungs causes shortness of breath. Most people can continue on dialysis for many years although the cure can only moderately compensate for the damage of kidney function.
