 When you start drinking alcohol then firstly you do not feel any severe side effect but when you make a routine of drinking alcohol and drinking too much alcohol then it shows severe complications.

Too much alcohol can damage  you by physically and mentally  in lot of ways.



Short term effects of drinking alcohol:


Feeling of change in mood

Lowered inhibitions

Thoughtless behavior

Vomiting

Diarrhea

Head pain

A sense of giddiness

Low hearing, vision

Reduce focus and troubling in focusing and decision making


Some of short term side effect appear very slightly but once these effects start then became more dangerous.


Long term side effects of drinking alcohol:


Long term side effects are more dangerous than the short term side effects. Some are given below;


Insomnia

Weak immune system

Change in appetite

Weight loss

Problems with memory

Problem with focusing

Anxiety

Irritability

Increased tension





Alcohol and blood pressure are interconnected .Because alcohol increase blood pressure. Alcohol consumption in very amount effect your blood pressure level. Drug addiction treatment is also present all over the world.



Alcohol effects on brain:


Alcohol effects our brain by effecting our brain's comminuting pathway.




When you consume alcohol then it is hard for you to think ,speak clearly. Heavy drinking alcohol is a big cause of mental damage like depression ,insomnia. You can also be effected with painful nerve damage.


Alcohol effects on heart:


Alcohol also effects our heart and cause severe complication.
Alcohol increase cholesterol around heart and block the arteries of heart.




Due to alcohol intake heart attack problems increase. And blood clot problems increases due to alcohol intake.


Alcohol effects on liver:

Due to alcohol intake liver problem may occurs. And liver function reduce due to alcohol.Blood can not reach to other parts of body and anemia occur due to alcohol drinking.
