Obesity is a complicated disease in which your body have excess amount of fat on it.Obesity is a medical problem because it increases the risks of other disease like heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes. Obesity occurs due to too much eating and moving too little. If you are taking high amount of fat by your meal but you are not consuming it by exercise then much of fat will be stored on your body.


People with age above 60 are more likely to be victims of obesity. Obesity is a severe problem because obesity is associated with poor mental health and reduced quality of life. Obesity is also a cause of death.
