Drinking more water is the best and easy way to lose your weight because if you are drinking 12 glass of water then you will easily lose your weight because water increases your metabolism and movement of your internal body parts to work properly and helps to lose your weight. So, add more water to your diet. Lemon water for weight loss at night is best remedy for weight loss. Drinking water for weight loss before and after meal is very good .Water for weight loss without exercise is best option.

Adding more protein to your diet:


Protein is the best option for losing weight because when you take protein then it cuts your cravings and your stomach feels fullness.
