Muscles strain is a muscle injury .Muscles injury is
sprain strain and dislocation. Muscle strain is a situation in which your
muscles are overstrached.This is the result of overuse or improper use of
muscle .Strains mostly happen in muscle, lower back, neck, shoulder, and
hamstring.
It is a compression
based injury in which muscles fibers split due to extensive mechanical stress.
The reason of muscle strain is over-stretching of muscle or contraction of muscles.

Muscle strain occur when your muscle suddenly tear and this type of condition occur due to some muscle injuries.
